Current Offerings

  • Duration: choose between 30 minutes or 60 minutes

    What to expect:

    • a guided art-based mindfulness session

    • brief education about the importance of mindfulness in work and other areas of life

    • each participant will be provided with the necessary art supplies prior to the event

    • Kelly will guide participants through a few (depending on time) art activities meant to encourage mindfulness

    Benefits:

    • increased mindfulness for participants

    • activities that participants can incorporate into their own mindfulness practice

    • movement toward a calmer work environment

  • Duration: choose between 60 minutes and 90 minutes

    What to expect:

    • an art-based goal-setting session

    • guidance through professional and career-focused creative expression

    • brief education about values and effective goal-setting

    • For virtual events, each participant will be provided with the necessary art supplies prior to the event

    • For in-person events, all art supplies will be provided

    • Kelly will guide participants through a variety of questions and ideas to encourage creativity related to their goals

    Single Session, 45-Minute Options:

    • Navigating Anxiety & Improving Sleep

    • Leaning into Self-Advocacy

    • Balancing Work and Home Life

    Single Session, 60-Minute Options:

    • Creating & Maintaining Healthy Boundaries

    • Healthy Coping with Anxiety

    • Healthy Coping with Stress

    Series-Based Workshops:

    • Managing Anxiety: a 4-part series (30 minutes per session) to support your employees in understanding anxiety, seeing how it impacts their work and home life, and feeling empowered to use healthy coping strategies
